Personalization and Custom Orders

Products that are personalized will not be allowed for return unless error is made on this side. All personalizations will be copy/pasted to software so be sure you have correctly spelled or chosen fonts and communicated appropriately. On occasion, when there is a question regarding personalization you will be contacted via your email to verify information. If you do not respond to the inquiry within the timeframe for processing, your order will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding.

All products unless stated otherwise are for personal use only.

It is prohibited to resell, modify, or redistribute the file. We encourage sharing with friends, but ask that you point them in the direction of our website, Creative Bear Den .
