Shipping

Shipping is calculated by weight or cubic size for USPS. Shipping times are not guaranteed once the package has been left with shipper. Please ask if you believe something wasn't delivered or if it did not show up. It will be your responsibility to reach out to the shipper to determine location of your package. We can reach out locally as well and do our best to assist you in finding your package. You will be responsible for filing claims for lost/stolen packages. 

Processing times usually takes 1-2 days. Expect your package to ship out after that unless otherwise stated in listings or via the announcement bar on our website.

Lead Time

Some orders, like custom orders, will require a lead time. Find out if an order will require lead time in the notes section of the product. 

What is lead time?

If an order requires extra time to prepare it, it may require lead time. This is extra time before the package is shipped. For example: one week or two weeks. Depending on the difficulty of the order it may require more time. Reach out at creativebearden@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Downloadable Digital Products

The digital product will be delivered via email and you will be able to download after purchase while on creativebearden.com. Please check your email if you can not download on the website. Be sure to check spam.

Your access to the file is unlimited. Be sure to save the file right away in a secure spot so if the downloadable link is lost or accidently deleted, you still have access to the file.
