Return Summary
- Returns accepted for 7 days after receiving.
- Customer provides return shipping
- 10% restocking fee
- Personalized items cannot be returned
Note:
- Personalized items with special sayings or names cannot be returned unless the error is on Maiden Design LLC. If a spelling was sent incorrectly, please reach out immediately as production begins once we receive your order. If we do not hear from you within a two hour period after order placement, we will begin processing your order and it will be cut/engraved as you stated.

Downloadable Digital Products
All digital products are nonrefundable after purchase. If there is a problem with the file or the download is not working we may refund your purchase if the problem can not be fixed or another solution cannot be found. Please reach out to us at creativebearden@gmail.com if there is a problem.
The digital product will be delivered via email and you will be able to download after purchase while on Creative Bear Den . Please check your email if you can not download on the website. Be sure to check spam.
Your access to the file is unlimited. Be sure to save the file right away in a secure spot so if the downloadable link is lost or accidentally deleted, you still have access to the file.
